Completely Unnecessary

1st - It might be Ellen Barkin in Drop Dead Gorgeous. Spread-eagle, attacking a candy-striper and screaming “Next one in here without a pack of Luckys in her hand dies!” is maybe the best thing I’ve ever heard. And we’re not even at Denise Richards dancing with Jesus. yet. I still think it’s the best thing I haven’t seen since 1999.

While we’re at it, ten years on - I still smile every single time I hear the first four notes of “Take Me or Leave Me”. Every single time. The same damn smile. For reference, it’s similar, but not equal to, the one I was wearing both times I’ve seen Half Nelson, or every time Sawyer is really bad on LOST.
