Hey thanks, by the way, for the mention! There was a bit of a stink the other day (which I don't think amounts to much) about the fact that the Democratic primary ballots are actually green colored. So in a world where some complete idiot requests a 'green' ballot and does not notice that Hillary sits atop the list of candidates they may just vote Democratic. Seemed like a rather dumb controversy given that the Dem ballot has always been printed on green paper here.

Whatevs. I just want turnout.

Um, yeah. Also it's mostly like out and out voter fraud doesn't really happen in the US. There are isolated instances - Chicago of course being its hotbed and patron saint - but it's not a huge concern.

Vote stealing via purging voter rolls and removing voting machines from districts unlikely to vote in your favor, however, are totally evil!

Yet we're all getting REAL ID anyway. Fuck that!

Speaking of voter fraud, my suspicion is that anyone who wanted to push an election would be far better off, on a dollar-per-vote basis, buying TV time or hacking a electronic machine, compared to getting actual physical people to vote multiple times. I would like to see someone work this out. Lazyweb?
